Leah supports the Finance, Human Resources, and Technology departments to help ensure smooth internal operations.

Before joining Heritage, Leah honed her organizational and leadership skills as an office manager for a custom home builder in Midlothian, VA, where she was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing team collaboration. She graduated with a degree in Nonprofit Management and Human Resources from High Point University in 2016.

Leah is also a proactive member of the Young Alumni Association at High Point University. In her free time, she enjoys unwinding by the Rappahannock River and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers.

Leah resides in Midlothian, VA, with her boyfriend and their three dogs.
