Sara plays a crucial role in the oversight of Heritage’s business operations and strategy implementation. She collaborates across business segments to enhance processes and drive growth while upholding the Firm’s culture and values. 

Sara has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Heritage in 2024, Sara worked for Nasdaq, Inc. holding leadership roles within the Capital Access Platforms Division, and before that Nasdaq Dorsey Wright, where she was the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel.  

Sara received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law where she was a member of The Georgia Law Review.  Sara is a member of the Virginia State Bar and resides in Richmond, VA with her husband and children.
